## Store Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy our products. However, due to the nature of our custom products, we have some limitations on returns and refunds.
### Custom Products
Custom products are items that have been made based on your specifications, such as wigs, clothing, bags, etc. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are defective or damaged by us or our third party vendor.
If you receive a defective or damaged custom product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and offer you a store credit or a replacement product, depending on the availability and your preference.
### Non-Custom Products
Non-custom products are items that are not made based on your specifications, such as accessories, jewelry, etc. These products are eligible for returns and refunds, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a reason for the return.
- You must ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging, with a tracking number, within 14 days of receiving our return authorization.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged by us or our third party vendor.
- We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it is returned after the 14-day period.
### Exceptions We may make exceptions to our return and refund policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
