Order Processing

We only ship products to confirmed addresses. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or holidays.

All products ships within 7-10  business days after order processing. During our Valentine's Day Sale, Peak Season the end of October - December, Black Friday, and Christmas Sales all orders will shipped within 7-10 business days.

Orders received after 1 PM will begin production the next business day. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded for not acknowledging shipping times or once payment is made.

We begin working on orders shortly after the order is sold. When a cancellation occurs it is disruptive to the production process therefore a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

No refunds or cancellations will be honored after 24 hours of when your order is placed.

Failed Delivery/Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
